Policies

Room Policies:

Check-in time is 4pm or later.  Since reservations will be paid in full 30 days prior to arrival or before, the unique 4-digit room code is emailed to you from Vacasa the day you check-in. As a result, this is a contactless, self check-in process. If you have not received the room code on your day of arrival, please reach out to Vacasa at 1-503-345-9399.

Check-out time is 10:00am or before. Checking out after 10:00am will result in a $25 charge unless an arrangement is made beforehand.

All units are non-smoking, and we do not accept pets/animals.  Smoking is permitted outside of the rooms.  A violation of this policy will result in a charge of $250.

Reservation/Payment Policies:

A credit card is required to make a reservation, with Vacasa.

A minimum of 50% of the total is due to hold your reservation.  Full payment is required 30 days before your day of arrival.

Cancellation Policies:

You have a 24-hour window to cancel your reservation for a full refund once it is booked, except for last minute bookings. The 24-hour refund option doesn’t apply to reservations that are booked the day before check-in. 

After that, cancel at least 30 days before check-in and receive a refund in your original form of payment, minus the booking fee and associated taxes.

Reservations made on third-party sites (such as Airbnb or Vrbo) may be subject to that channel’s terms and conditions if they differ from Vacasa’s. Please check the site where you originally booked your trip.

Policies for On-site Amenities:

Summer outdoor heated pool hours: 9am-10pm.  There will be no lifeguard on duty and no diving is allowed.

Chimeneas and seating are provided in three locations on-site, but wood is not provided.

Customers are welcome to bring their own grills since we do not provide them.  All grilling must be done on grass surfaces.

Long Term Winter Seasonal Rental Policies:

We offer long term winter seasonal rentals in units with a kitchenette for typically 4 – 6 month periods, but shorter and longer stays can be worked out.  We do not offer long term rentals during summer or fall months.

Stays that last 186 nights do not pay any tax

To reserve a long term winter seasonal rental, we require a security deposit (refundable at end of stay barring normal wear and tear to the room) equivalent to 1-months’ rent. Payment for the season is required upon check-in, but payment plans can be arranged if necessary.

If a guest cancels their seasonal reservation within 60 days of check-in, their security deposit will be forfeited.

If a guest chooses to leave a seasonal reservation early, their security deposit and upfront payment will be forfeited.

We require once a week housekeeping for long term seasonal rental units.

By staying with us, you are visiting a privately owned family-run property.  Management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone, and will not be responsible for accidents/injury to guests or for loss of money, jewelry or valuables of any kind.
